I expressed a strong view that the Federal

Council should take some prompt action in the case

of China und A. Motta promised to give his sericus

attention uguin to this. He said that personally

he shared my view but that the Ministry of Justice

had so far refused to ugree to the matter being dealt

with outside Parliament.
